Nifty 50’s 21 Day Walking Challenge

Bagenalstown Activity Hub is delighted to work with Bagenalstown Family Resource Centre to challenge their Nifty 50’s Group to walk at least once a day for 21 days in a row.

Even with something as enjoyable and easy as walking, it can be hard to stick with your promise to be active more often. To help individuals get out in their community with these free walking packs we also encourage downloading the Get Ireland Walking 21 Day Walking Challenge App.

This can turn your walk into a healthy habit in just three weeks.

Aim to walk for at least 30 minutes each day. Just keep increasing the length of your walk, and watch the minutes add up and notice how much better you feel.

Secondly, make sure you keep a record of your walking every day: By tracking how long or how far you walked, you’ll see proof of your improvements. This is a great motivation to keep going!

Make sure to download the App from the Play Store on your smartphone look for Get Ireland Walking app and start to record your 21 Days.
